Cummington Records Eight Deeds in August, but Most Sale Prices Go Undisclosed
Cummington recorded eight property deeds between July 31 and Aug. 29, but only two disclosed a sale price: $30,000 for 47 Main St and $265,000 for 21 Dodwells Rd, yielding a median of $147,500 across those two sales. Porter Hill Road saw the most activity, with three separate deeds recorded there, none with disclosed pricing. Six of the eight transactions named a bank, credit union or mortgage company as buyer or seller. With most prices undisclosed, the data offers limited insight into overall market direction this period.
