Porter Hill Road saw three separate recorded transfers, and the town of Cummington acquired two properties, at 0 Mount Rd. and 0 Porter Hill Rd. Four deeds involved a bank or mortgage entity as grantor or grantee, and two recorded declarations of homestead rather than ownership transfers. With price data largely not yet recorded, the records do not support a read on market direction.
