Porter Hill Road saw three separate recordings, more than any other street, though none had a price recorded. Financial institutions, including MERS, Rocket Mortgage and several local banks and credit unions, appeared as buyer or seller in the majority of transfers, and with most prices not yet recorded, the broader market tone from this data set alone is inconclusive.
