Hampshire County Registry of Deeds records show four Cummington property transfers between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, but only one, 12 Brown Ave at $39,727, has a recorded sale price so far; prices for transfers on Clark Road, Lilac Avenue and Porter Hill Road have not yet posted. Banks appear as a buyer or seller in three of the four transfers. Three other recorded documents from the period, a loan modification, a trustee's certificate amendment and a homestead declaration, were not property sales.
