No Sale Prices Posted for September's Cummington Property Transfers
Hampshire County Registry of Deeds recorded five Cummington property transfers between Sept. 4 and Sept. 30, but none carried a sale price in the data as of Oct. 3, so no price range or median can be reported this month. Transfers touched five separate streets, including three involving a bank as buyer or seller (Greenfield Savings Bank, Florence Bank, Greenfield Cooperative Bank) and one transfer of land from private sellers to the town of Cummington. Three other recordings in the same window, a modification agreement, an amended trustees certificate and a declaration of homestead, are not property sales. With no pricing data available, the period's market tone can't yet be assessed.
