Nine Property Transfers Recorded in Cummington, Sale Prices Not Yet Posted
Nine property transfers were recorded in Cummington between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but sale prices had not yet posted for any of them, so no price range or median can be reported this period. Four of the nine appear to be conventional buyer-seller transactions, involving Porter Hill Road (two), Powell Road and Dodwells Road, with banks or an agency as seller in three cases. The remaining five filings include a municipal land transfer to the Town of Cummington, an intra-family transfer, a mortgage modification, a declaration of homestead and a trustee's certificate. Market tone cannot be assessed this month given the absence of posted sale prices.
